NeNe Leakes runs the show…really!

Just days after reports surfaced that her fellow Atlanta housewife Porsha Stewart and her husband Kordell Stewart staged a divorce story to remain on the show, the head Housewife revealed that she wanted the Stewarts  to leave RHOA.

During the recent RHOA reunion, NeNe made it clear that changes needed to be made. Someone should be added and someone should be axed. She didn’t say who on the show but later reveals that it was indeed Porsha Stewart who should be replaced.

“Yes, I did feel that Porsha at that time needed to leave the show because there was something off with them. I’m a good judge of character; I’ve been blessed, child, I’ve been given a gift – and I kept feeling like Porsha and Kordell were not being real enough.”

Well, there you have it.

Porsha joined the hit reality series this past season and has been married to the former NFL quarterback for two years. The socialite, and granddaughter of Civil Rights activist Hosea Williams, had made a few highlights of the season, specifically her beef with former Miss America – er- Miss USA Kenya Moore (“Bye, Ashy” anyone?).

Rumors recently began to swirl that Porsha and Kordell staged their divorce after they found out they were in danger of being let go from the show. Porsha continuously defended her husband during the season when her castmates felt he was too controlling and demanding.

Kordell filed for divorce, citing the marriage “irretrievably broken” and Porsha claimed she found out through Twitter while he was in the next room. The rumors came shortly after Kordell reportedly wanted to work on the marriage and posted a photo of them looking happy.
